Olubadan Hails Dotun Sanusi at 58, Applauds His Humility, Philanthropy and Investment in Ibadanland

The Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja has congratulated Chief Dotun Sanusi who is 58 years old today, saying the multi-millionaire business man combines the love of humanity with deep sense of humility.

The royal father, who recalled the business exploits of Ilaji Hotel and Sport Resort boss, noted how he singlehandedly turned Ilaji and the neighbourhood of Akanran, Ibadan from a den of crime into a Mecca of some sorts, where multitudes today visit for tourism and others earn their living therefrom. Said Olubadan :” Through one man’s act of business ingenuity,the Icast,Elebu, Ibadan stands as a testimony of one person’s unwavering commitmentin educating our youths and patnering with the State in investing in the future of Nigeria through the provision of quality education.

“The beauty of it all,accordingto Oba Ladoja is that in Dotun Sanusi’s pursuit of business interest at home and abroad,he had never lost sight to invest at home,and promote the peace and progress of Ibadanland.
“Part of the reason why we decided to inaugurate the Olubadan Economic and Investment Committee and include eminent entrepreneurs like Chief Sanusi is to have robust engagements on how best we could bring back to life old businesses, which have closed down in Ibadan.

“According to Olubadan,the work of Dotun Sanusi’s hand, which is by no means, numerous, speaks volumes about his nature,which is worth-emulating.
