In a spirited tribute to the Governor of Oyo State, His Excellency, Engr. Oluseyi Abiodun Makinde, Hon. Adebayo Babajide Gabriel, the Jagaban of the 9th and 10th Assemblies and member representing Ibadan North Constituency 2 in the Oyo State House of Assembly, has extended heartfelt felicitations to the Governor on the occasion of his 58th birthday.
