Project Officer

Job Specifications:

Job Description:

  • Autocad shop drawing for elevator
  • Prepare elevator finishing submittals
  • Spare parts lists preparation
  • Spare parts replacement coordination with teams on site
  • Site preparation and coordination
  • Local direct purchases follow up
  • Follow up with claims with factory

System Tracking Officer

Job Specifications:

Job Description:
  • Monitoring of vehicle tracking.
  • Transferring of gensets/other items both local and branches.
  • Managing of trailer drivers and motor-boys for PORT/container operations.
  • Preparing of loading plans for store dept.
  • Reporting of faulty vehicles to maintenance workshop department.
  • Preparing Logistics report.
  • Keeping attendance of driver and Motor boy’s movement.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Description:
  • Timely remittance of WHT for vendors, dividend and commissions & collection of certificates and monthly reconciliation of local vendors account.

Duties

  • Timely Remittance of WHT for vendors, dividend, and commission & collection of certificates
  • Getting vendors account statement and reconciling major vendors’ account
  • Collection of individual credit Notes when ready.
  • Vendor issues resolution
  • Other local vendor account weekly report.
  • Differential weekly report.
  • Managing debit balances in local vendors account & daily follow up for close out with responsible manager (weekly report)
  • Daily Local Vendor payment Allocation
  • Periodic stock count
  • Remittance of vendors WHT to FIRS and various State’s revenue services.
  • Following up with WHT Bulk Receipt / monthly report on WHT remitted to date with monthly schedules

Job Description:

Duties

  • Raising of Quotations and Sales Orders.
