Plant Operator

Job Specifications:

Job Description:
  • Perform daily record, operate, and maintain chiller machine.
  • Clean and operate cooling tower machine in the plant room and maintain plant pumps.
  • Maintain, clean valves and wash filters of the air handling unit.
  • Perform all other related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • OND in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent in related field with a minimum of two (2) years’ experience performing similar role in a well-structured environment.

Competencies:
The ideal candidate must:

  • Have ability to read circuit diagram.

Electrical Supervisor (Centravac)

Job Description:
  • Carry out repair and maintenance on electrical aspects, controls and cables of 2X300 tons and 2X600 tons of Central A/C chillers.
  • Repair and maintain high current control panels, condensers, electric motor in central chilling plant and cooling towers for condensers in chilling plant.
  • Repair and maintain Air Handling Unit (AHU), cold stores in major buildings and all electrical aspects of Gene-bank cold stores.
  • Read sketches, schematics and wiring diagrams, monitor and update inventory of spare parts.
  • Perform any other job-related tasks as may be assigned by the supervisor.
Qualification and Requirement:
  • B.Sc / HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience performing similar role in a well-structured environment.

Competencies:
The ideal candidate must:

  • Have good working knowledge of chilling plant.
  • Have ability to read engineering drawings into details and be computer literate.

Fabrication Supervisor

Job Specifications:

Job Description:
  • Supervise and make requisitions for materials needed for different projects or jobs and prepare monthly chargeback of work done.
  • Fabricate and install/fix equipment like heat exchangers, dryers and other processing equipment.
  • Supervise the fabrication, machinist workshop and spare production.
  • Design and construct any of the engineering projects that relate to fabrication.
  • Ensure the turner machine and other tools and equipment are in good working condition.
  • Perform any other job-related tasks as may be assigned by the supervisor.

Qualification and Requirement:

  • BSc / HND in Mechanical Engineering or related field with a minimum of three (3) years of experience performing a similar role in a well-structured environment.

Competencies:
The ideal candidate must:

  • Have a good working knowledge of lathe, milling and shaping machines.
  • Have the ability to read engineering drawings in detail and be computer literate.

Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Supervisor

Job Specifications:

Job Description:
  • Coordinate daily Refrigeration and Air-conditioning workshop activities.
  • Organize work schedules for all refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment.
  • Allocate subordinates for servicing, maintenance and replacing of Refrigeration and Air-conditioning equipment.
  • Supervise subordinates to ensure jobs are carried out effectively.
  • Provide daily information on completed work, work in progress and pending jobs.
  • Schedule quarterly preventive maintenance of Refrigeration and Air-conditioning equipment.
  • Supervise staff in air conditioning and refrigerating unit.
  • Read sketches, schematics and writing diagrams, monitor and update inventory of spare parts.
  • Perform any other job-related tasks as may be assigned by the supervisor.

  • Plan, execute and assess math lessons based on the school Scope and Sequence.
  • Plan, execute, and assess language lessons based on the school Scope and Sequence.
  • Write and implement learning objectives that are challenging and measurable.
  • Ensure that all aspects of the IB PYP continuum are fully integrated into all learning including the Approaches to Learning, the IB Learner profile and Voice, Choice and Ownership
  • Prepare teaching and learning documents in line with the school policy including, but not limited to weekly plans, unit planners and portfolios.
  • Prepare and submit a weekly newsletter page for your class.
  • Prepare class for Celebrations of Learning as specified in school policy documents

Qualification and Requirement:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Early Child Education or a related field with a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in an international school approved by an international schools association or body (e.g IBO, CIE, AISEN, COBIS, COIS, AISA).
  • Possession of teaching qualification recognised by TRCN or additional qualifications from International organizations (e.g. CIE, IBO) is an added advantage.

Competencies:
The ideal candidate must:

  • Have understanding of international education.
  • Have high standard of written and spoken English.
  • Have ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
