Members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria ( ICAN), on Friday presented the sum of N3.6 million to Mrs. Victoria Bolatito Adegoke, widow of the murdered member of ICAN and MBA student of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Late Timothy Adegoke, ACA.
The cheque was presented to the widow and her children by the duo of Prince Oyebade Oyedepo, FCA & Mr. Bola Feruke, FCA on Friday April 15, 2022, in Eruwa.
In a Facebook post by Eruwa-born Ayo Ojeniyi, he disclosed that the ICAN President, Mrs Comfort Olu Eyitayo, FCA also made a phone call to parents of the deceased, family members and others to encourage them during the brief ceremony,
She also prayed for them and committed them to the hands of God.
Meanwhile, the ICAN members were received by the Chairman of Eruwa Council of Elders, Jagun Seun Peluola, FCA, the President of Eruwa Youth Movement, Mr. Ibrahim Okunlola and family members.
