Yoruba socio-cultural activist Chief Sunday Adeyemo popularly known as Sunday Igboho has regretted his verbal attacks at the Ooni of Ife Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi over the herdsmen crisis rocking the south-west region, in a viral video he made to apologise to those he earlier called out.

Earlier during his virtual meeting tagged Townhall with Yoruba in Diaspora, Igboho had said the Ooni disappointed the Yoruba people by not stating the problems when he visited President Muhammadu Buhari.

He also labeled a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress Bola Tinubu; and Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde as “Fulani slaves”.

But few hours later, Igboho has retracted all his statements in a five minutes 31 seconds video, begged Oni and other Yoruba leaders, said everything he said was out of annoyance.
