A total number of 46 banditry fans were arrested by the joint force of the local vigilante group and the operation Burst last night at Ofiki River last night Akéde Ọ̀yọ́ can confirm.
A tip up by some residents who notice an unusual movement in their Community have proofed success.
This was possible after a joint force of both the local Vigilante group and the Operation Burst, swang into action and were able to apprehend a total number of 46 banditry gangs last night as they were about entering a village in Ibarapa North, Oyo State.
A resident who confirm to our reporter, says;
“A tip up Information was given to the vigilant men over an unsuspected movement from Igboora, they quickly inform the Operation Burst team”.
“They were Apprehended at Ofiki River according to Reports last night”.
While Addressing the people, The joint force appeal to the community to always help the security operatives with vital informations at their disposal for them to be able to curb the menace of banditry, kidnaping and other social vices in the state.
