An elevator conveying people at Cocoa House on Wednesday was reported to have crashed and series of casualty recorded.
one person had been reported dead while another three persons were seriously injured.
Eyewitness Account revealed to pressmen that the elevator had fault which resulted in the accident, though the elevator was earlier repaired before the accident.
