A Student of Polytechnic Identify as Shoneye Idowu has been jailed for Impersonation by a a Federal high Court Sitting in Ibadan Akéde Ọ̀yọ́ can confirm.
Justice Uche Agomoh of the Federal High Court sitting in Ibadan, Oyo State on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 convicted and sentenced one Shoneye Idowu Segun who was prosecuted by the EFCC to one year in prison for impersonation, an offense which contravenes section 33 (2) (b) of the Cybercrime (Prohibition, Prevention, etc) Act, 2015 and punishable under Section 33 (2) (c) of the same Act.
