No Default SARS Personnel Will Join SWAT – IGP Assures Nigerians

The Inspector-General of Police, Mohammed Adamu has said that one of the requirements for the selection of Special Weapons and Tactics(SAWT) indicated that the personnel of the default Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) are should not participate in the exercise.

The IGP added that a circulated a signal has been sent to all Police formations indicating the dissolution of Special Anti-Robbery Squads (SARS).
