As final preparatory step towards the upcoming local government elections in Oyo State take full attention, the member representing Ibadan North Federal Constituency at the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Prince Olaide Akinremi Jagaban has supported the candidates standing for elections under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ibadan North Local Government with cash and campaign materials to prosecute the final stretch of their campaigns.
The Chairmanship and Vice-chairperson candidates alongside the 12 Councillors standing for elections, alongside the Ibadan North APC Campaign Council, the campaign council members, members of the local government executives alongside relevant party leaders and stakeholders have received huge financial support from Hon. Olaide Akinremi Jagaban, to encourage them all in the bid to record outstanding electoral performance for the party in the forthcoming elections.
A total sum of #6m (Six Million Naira) has been expended on the various levels of political stakeholders in Ibadan North to assist in the actualization of excellent electoral results for the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ibadan North Local Government as concerns the election coming up on 27th April 2024, by Hon. Olaide Akinremi Jagaban, with disbursement that has since commenced from 2 weeks ago when Prince Akinremi Jagaban initially held meeting with the candidates, representatives of the campaign council and local government executive members, and till yesterday Monday 22nd April 2024.
In addition, Hon. Olaide Akinremi also provided printed campaign materials for house to house campaign for all the candidates in this final week. Hon. Jagaban noted while holding meeting with all the candidates on Sunday 21st April 2024 at the Prince Akinremi Jagaban Hall in Samonda Ibadan that focus and determination remains key to electoral excellence, encouraging all APC candidates in Ibadan North to go all the way to secure victory.
Prince Akinremi Jagaban asserted that he is fully with the All Progressives Congress (APC) local government candidates in his local government, and that he will continue to give them the needed financial and material support until the day of elections.
