The selection process for the appointment of the next Vice-Chancellor of the University of Ibadan has been suspended following the Protest by workers of the institution over an alleged plan to impose Prof. Kayode Adebowale as the next Vice Chancellor.
Recall that Akedeoyo.com has earlier reported that the screening board had shortlisted 6 out of 18 candidates jostling for the position. Also, it was reported that Prof. K. Adebowale and five others made the list for the appointment.
