The pupils and students of Oyo State School for the blind have expressed their displeasure with the manners with which the management and staff of the school usually attend to their plights.
The students made the disclosure to GOALPOACHER NEWS correspondent in Ogbomoso on Monday when the delegation of Oyo State Government paid an unscheduled visit to the school following a video that went viral last week.
In the said video, the students were seeing protesting against the watery food being given to them by the management of the school. They alleged that the management and staff usually divert any food items and financial donations meant for them.
They added that most of the female students were raped but couldn’t identify the perpetrators as a result of their condition.
They, therefore, called on Governor Seyi Makinde to investigate and prosecute those sabotaging his efforts.
