Leaders and Members of the Oyo State Progressives Movement have celebrated the iconic leader, Oloye Amofin (Dr) Ayanlowo Obisesan Tirimisiyu, in recognition of his enduring contributions to party development and grassroots mobilization.
The group, in a statement released on Monday, described the respected chieftain—also known as Aare Alasa Balogun Tile Ibadan—as a pillar of progressive politics whose influence continues to shape the political landscape of Oyo State.
According to the movement, Dr. Tirimisiyu’s commitment to unity, discipline, and inclusive leadership has earned him admiration across political divides, making him a rallying point for both party faithful and emerging leaders.
They noted that his long-standing dedication to the ideals of the APC and his consistent support for party growth at all levels have played a vital role in strengthening the party’s structure within the state.
