The management of Agidigbo 88.7 FM has finally spoken concerning the viral video of Ajibola Akinyefa and her Chairman, Alh. Oriyomi Hamzat circulating on social media platforms. The station clearly stated what transpired between both parties which birthed the scenario in the viral video

It was gathered via the radio station HOS, Yousuph Adebayo Grey comment on a post on social media that Ajibola Akinyefa repeatedly run beyond schedules. “Repeated warnings on running beyond schedule; not allowing studio managers play ads; outright aloofness to organization’s projects; yet no blowback was allowed on him administratively.

Yousuph, in his comment claimed to have warned his chairman several times to deal with the matter before it got out of hand. “Let’s deal with this officially”. No; don’t; he’s my friend after all. And I kept yelling it; draw the line between friendship and business. But no!”
His statement reads, “You know I always wonder how you folks ignorantly draw up conclusions and make a villain out of a man whose only shortcomings was being a good human with a good soul.

“And who the heck are you to tell him what’s uncalled for?

“Before you come out here and start running your mouth, have you taken a moment to ask your hero, what really went down that day? Did you reach out to anyone who witnessed the situation to have an idea of the efforts we all put into ensuring that what eventually happened does not happen? Did you ask your hero why he thought he was way too big; too big to follow laid down protocols of the organization he works for. You had an instruction of wrapping up a show at a certain time for the sake of safety and security but you kept at it till there was almost an absolute breakdown of law and order; the same thing we were trying to avoid; yet no remorse. You kept rambling on and on as if it’s all deliberate to cause problem. Y’all didn’t see the repeated reminders by several members of the production team way before Oriyomi stepped in and how your hero ignored all notices even from me. He overstayed on air for fucking 30 minutes as against the plan. But the only moment you saw was Oriyomi dropping the console on him. And that’s the big story right?

“I don’t get this blind commitment to make the more privileged person, the villain of the story every single time. No; your seemingly innocent “hero might just be the assailant here. But because Oriyomi decided to keep quiet and let it slide; y’all think you can make a feast out of him. Set up your own outfit; and get your hero on board and experience how easy it is to put up with his shenanigans and oversized image of himself.

“Repeated warnings on running beyond schedule; not allowing studio managers play ads; outright aloofness to organization’s projects; yet no blowback was allowed on him administratively. Why? Because, this same Oriyomi that’s you people’s favorite villain is uber courteous and cares about the relationship with your hero as friends; outside of work.

“And honestly; it’s not the fault of y’all. I blame my Chairman. “Let’s deal with this officially”. No; don’t; he’s my friend after all. And I kept yelling it; draw the line between friendship and business. But no! Now, it all came up to the crescendo like an erupting volcano and now, he’s the villain.

“I’m sure my Chairman has learnt his lessons now. I’m sure he has; cos, if he has allowed that we deal with your hero’s perennial violations of company’s principles; it won’t all come to this.

“Na him fuck up! Nonsense!
