Job Description:

Responsible for managing goods in the warehouse at all stages, from the time of receiving goods into the warehouse, to preserving, storing, and finally moving goods out of the warehouse. This includes ensuring the quality and quantity requirements of the goods are met.

 

THE JOB

Receive all incoming stock and materials, tag and label items appropriately for identification and tracking.

Keep detailed and precise records of all stock received and issued.

Update inventory systems to reflect current stock levels and movements.

Track inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability.

Ensure all stock items are stored safely and securely.

Maintain proper documentation for all stock movements and transactions.

Collaborate with various departments to understand and fulfill their stock requirements.

Prepare and issue stock as per departmental requests and maintain proper issuance records.

Perform regular and systematic stock counts and audits.

Reconcile physical stock with system records to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Be numerate and possess analytical skills.
  • Be Detail-oriented and result driven
  • High inventory control skill and data entry abilities.
  • IT and numerical skills, particularly in MS Excel & PowerPoint.

QUALIFICATION

  • OND in a relevant field
  • Membership of CIPS is an added advantage.

Assistant Procurement Manager

Job Description:

Directs the purchasing of all the goods and services the company needs. Responsible for identifying potential supplier sources, conducting interviews with potential vendors, negotiating favorable supplier agreements and managing supplier and vendor contracts.

THE JOB

  • Ensure adequacy of bid specifications and preparation of sourcing-related documents.
  • Process Enterprise Resource Planning transactions and monitor contract executions; termination, renewal, or amendment of terms.
  • Identify and close bypass to increase procurement involvement in spend.
  • Identify and deliver savings on spend under management.
  • Support business partnering of assigned business units and deliver on approved service level agreement.
  • Track and report key functional metrics in line with departmental objectives.

Job Description:

Ensuring the datacenter facilities, systems, and servers run effectively and efficiently. Providing backend support for all IT services (Nutanix hyper converged, Windows servers, Office 365, Azure cloud) to all employees for hybrid working arrangement.

THE JOB

  • Provide support for all users on the network and enterprise products on Microsoft Office 365 cloud infrastructure.
  • Ensure the security of the server infrastructure by implementing industry-leading practices regarding privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and maintain documentation about current environment setup, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage end user accounts, permissions, access rights, and storage allocations in accordance with leading practices.
  • Conduct and test routine system backups and restores.
  • Anticipate, mitigate, identify, troubleshoot, and correct hardware and software issues on servers, and workstations. Escalate incidents, as necessary.
  • Practice server asset management, including maintenance of server component inventory and related documentation of technical specifications.

Job Description:

Responsible for coordinating the supply planning process, including a wide range of duties related to daily functions associated with planning, supplies, and operations. Develop and implement plans for organizing logistics and supplies, create and oversee master schedules and calendars, and monitor inventory lists and supply orders.

THE JOB

  • Plan and schedule workflow for each unit and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times.
  • Analyze sales orders/forecasts released from the sales analyst with respect to capacity planning and material requirements.
  • Support decision-making to ensure optimized inventory management for all stock keeping unit and ZERO stock outs.
