Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde is set to commission a 663.6 kwp solar plant in Ibadan.
The project which will be commissioned today is sited at Nigerian Brewery along New Ife-Ibadan Expressway Akéde Ọ̀yọ́ has learnt.
Top government functionaries are expected to accompany the governor to the venue.
