COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENTS: Prince Akinremi Jagaban Commissions Classrooms, Borehole; Award Cash Gift to Best Graduating Students; Supports Bodija Isopako Association

As part of his continuous contributions to his constituency, yesterday Tuesday 26th September 2023, the member of the House of Representatives representing Ibadan North Federal Constituency under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Hon. Prince Olaide Akinremi popularly known as Jagaban commissioned a new borehole in Agbaje Community, two classrooms with teachers office, store and toilet at Sabo Community, as well as cash awards to best graduating students at Command Secondary School, Mokola Ibadan at their yearly valedictory service, while also supporting Bodija plank (Isopako) market association on their annual day celebration.

The commissioning events had the Oyo State APC Women leader, Alhaja Tinuade Adigun who represented Hon. Olaide Akinremi, alongside members of the Ibadan North Local Government Executives of the APC led by the chairman Alhaji Taofeeq Olayiwola, present at both locations to carry out the commissioning, and officially hand over the projects to community leaders in both areas for usage and benefit of their people.

Speaking on behalf of the elders and entire members of the Agbaje community, the community secretary Elder J.O Oyedele appreciated Hon. Olaide Akinremi for the borehole project that has since began to provide potable water for teeming members of the community. They also used the opportunity to appreciate Prince Akinremi Jagaban for the solar streetlights he had given to the community long before now, while praying that God Almighty continues to strengthen him to give more dividends of democracy to his constituency.

Speaking on behalf of Sabo community, Alhaji Abubakar Uba Bawa who represented the Seriki Hausawa of Ibadanland, also showed deep gratitude to Prince Akinremi Jagaban for his everytime support and contributions to their community over the years. He noted that the comprehensive renovation work done on their Madrasah classrooms, with teachers office, store and toilet will be of immense benefit to their people in Sabo community.

Also, yesterday at the valedictory service programme of Command Secondary School at Mokola, Mr Kolawole Adebayo on behalf of Hon. Olaide Akinremi gave cash gifts to the best graduating students in science, arts, and commercial departments to the admiration and applause of the students, teachers and parents present. Hon. Olaide Akinremi also gave financial support to the school for the valedictory service programme.

Lastly, Prince Akinremi Jagaban also supported the Bodija plank market (Isopako) association with valuable edible materials to mark their annual day, an event that also took place yesterday 26th September 2023.
