The remaining three farmers who were recently abducted in Iseyin, Oyo State have regained their freedom, according to reports.

Recall that Akéde Oyo reported how four farmers were abducted at a farm settlement two weeks ago.

Unfortunately, one of the farmers was killed by the abductors.

It was gathered that the abductors had released their captives after a sum of N10m was allegedly paid by their families.

Confirming their release to newsmen, the Chairman of the farm settlement, Mr Rasheed Adepoju said: “While we mourn the death of one of the victims that met his untimely death at the hands of the abductors, we want to thank God that the rest are back home and are going to be with their families.

”We shall talk more about this as time goes, this is too shocking,” he added.
