Job Description:
- Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop visual concepts that align with the brand’s messaging and goals.
- Designing and producing marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and advertisements.
- Developing and creating digital assets such as social media content, and email campaigns.
- Creating and designing product packaging and labelling.
- Ensuring all materials are consistent with brand guidelines and meet industry standards.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques.
- Providing support for other marketing initiatives as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:

- A degree or diploma in graphic design or a related field.
- Experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Knowledge of design principles, typography, and colour theory.
- Understanding of marketing and branding concepts.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with web design and development tools is a plus.
