Front Desk Officer

Job Specifications:

  • Full Time
  • Required Qualifications: BA/BSC/HND
Job Description:
  • Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls and emails and direct them to the appropriate personnel
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized and presentable at all times
  • Maintain a record of all visitors and clients who enter the building
  • Provide administrative support to other departments as needed
  • Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning staff to ensure that the office is well-maintained
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed

SALARY- 100,000-150,000 GROSS

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and professional Corporate Driver to join our one of our client. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation for our executives and employees to and from various locations, including meetings, events, and airports.


  • Provide safe and efficient transportation for our executives and employees to and from various locations
  • Ensure that the vehicle is clean and well-maintained at all times
  • Follow traffic rules and regulations while driving the company vehicle
  • Assist with loading and unloading of luggage, equipment, and other items as required
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and trip logs
  • Perform basic maintenance and repairs on the vehicle as needed
  • Ensure that all passengers wear seat belts and follow safety guidelines
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • Proven experience as a corporate driver or related position preferred
  • Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with GPS systems and other navigation tools
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times

Salary Range: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000/month
