Ahead of this Saturday’s election, a Chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Hon Dr. Ibrahim Olanrewaju Ajiboye on Monday said Governor Seyi Makinde has demonstrated enormous capacity to place Oyo State on the part of sustainable development.
Hon Ajiboye who is popularly known as Omo Iya Eleja stated this on Monday while calling on his supporters especially the youths in his Federal Constituency, Ibadan Northeast/Southeast saying that Governor Makinde remains committed to a better Oyo state anchored on youths development.
Omo Iya Eleja stated that the governor has identified that youthful energy, skills and potentials are critical ingredients needed to move the Pace Setter State to where it used to belong.
“Governor Seyi Makinde has come to serve the good people of Oyo State, he hasn’t come to feed fat on the resources of the masses.
“He has demonstrated capacity which other rival candidates do not possess. His administration centres around four major pillars, Education, Security, Expansion of the economy and Health. Our state has made significant progress and substantial development since this present administration came on board in 2019.
“I therefore call on the youths in my Federal Constituency and the state at large to rally round the God Sent Man who has made youth inclusion a paramount in his administration.
“This Saturday’s election, we’ll mobilize ourselves in our thousands to ensure the continuity of Omitutun 2.0 by casting our votes for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
“Makinde has become the cynosure of all eyes. We had instances where the federal government and other governors emulated and implemented his policies.
“A bird in hand is worth two in the bush, a word is enough for the wise. I will commit whatever it will require for the Governor Seyi Makinde’s Victory in the forthcoming gubernatorial election.
