Over the course of this last weekend, the member representing Ibadan North Federal Constituency, Rt. Hon. Prince Olaide Akinremi Jagaban commenced the rendering of financial support to a number of indigent higher institution students to pay their tuition considering the recent rise in tuition fees in various universities and polytechnics.
Numbering up to 97 students from different universities and polytechnics are earmarked beneficiaries, and have since been getting attended to, with each of them getting the sum of #75,000 to assist their educational pursuit at this crunch time. While some were able to physically receive their tuition support, others who couldn’t leave school due to varying school engagements are also having their money transfered to them.
This educational support fund remains an important aspect in which Hon. Olaide Akinremi Jagaban continues to help indigent students every year, and this is aside provision of scholarships, educational materials among other impacts that has been of great benefit to many, across all layers of primary, secondary and tertiary institutions in Ibadan North Federal Constituency.
