Reno Omokri a social media influencer expressed his disappointment over the statement made by the Oyo state governor, Seyi Makinde to seek a licence before obtaining weapons or Amotekun.
Reno Omokri made this statement via his official Twitter handle. Below is what he said.
“I’m rather disappointed with Governor @seyiamakinde for saying he is seeking for arms license before arming Amotekun. Who gave the killer herdsmen killing your people arms license? Defend yourself first. Worry about license later!”
As we all know, armed Fulani herdsmen have been parading various villages in the country killing innocent farmers. This prompted the need for the state government to devise a means to protect its people.
Insecurity as we might all know is a universal challenge, virtually all the countries of the world are faced with different forms of insecurity. In these trying times, all citizens need to remain Patriotic to help the government fight this menace.
