In preparation for the forthcoming local government election, scheduled to hold in few months time, Hon. Qozeem Olayanju Orelope, today inaugurated the Campaign Committee at the PDP Olorunsogo LG party Secretariat.
The event, which witnessed the convergence of key party stakeholders and leaders, marked a significant step towards mobilizing support for the PDP candidates in the upcoming polls.
Addressing the newly inaugurated Campaign Committee, Mr. Moses Bamidele, the Olorunsogo Local Government Party Chairman, emphasized the importance of their role in ensuring electoral victory for all PDP candidates. He urged them to view their appointment as a call to serve and to discharge their duties diligently.
Also present at the inauguration were notable figures including the former Irepo Olorunsogo local government Chairman, Chief Ayantunde Ayandeyi and A former Hon. Member representing irepo/olorunsogo, former Commissioner for Agric and the DG Orelope/Irepo/Olorunsogo federal Constituency Hon. Ojekunle Ojemuyiwa. They reiterated the significance of unity within the party and urged the committee members to work towards resolving any internal grievances for the success of the party at the polls.
Responding to the call to duty, The Campaign DG Alhaji Saminu Oladele, and other committee members pledged their commitment to delivering a resounding victory for all PDP candidates in the Local Government. They assured the party leaders and stakeholders of their dedication to the cause and their resolve to settle any internal disputes amicably.
In his closing remarks, Hon. Qozeem Olayanju expressed his gratitude to all members of the Campaign Committee for accepting their appointments. He urged them to serve diligently and to remain focused on the collective goal of securing victory for the PDP in the upcoming election.
