Popular radio presenter and CEO of Agidigbo FM, Oriyomi Hamzat has called out the Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu over the death of Bamise Ayanwola.

It would be recalled that a BRT driver, Mr Ominikoro was reported to have allegedly raped and murdered a 22-year-old fashion designer, Miss Ayanwola, in February.

In a recent update, Bamise’s sister who was said to have visited Oriyomi Hamzat’s studio in Ibadan, accused the Lagos State govt of not assisting the family to get justice.

Reacting to Bamise’s sister’s claims, Oriyomi Hamzat urged Sanwo Olu to assist the Bamise family to get justice for their late daughter.

Oriyomi added that what he is known for is helping people fight for justice and making sure the rich doesn’t override the poor.

In the meantime, the Lagos State Governor, His Excellency, Gov. Babajide Sanwo-Olu had earlier assured that justice would be served in the death of a 22-year-old fashion designer, Miss Oluwabamise Ayanwole who was allegedly murdered by a BRT driver.

Sanwo-Olu gave the assurance in a statement on Tuesday, 08 March 2022, saying that: “The life of every resident of the state mattered and would not be taken for granted”.

He, therefore, vowed that his administration would leave no stone unturned in the investigations and arrest of everyone found culpable in the kidnap and death of Ayanwola.
