The Oyo State Western Nigeria Security Network codenamed Operation Amotekun, Egbeda LGA Command, On 7th February 2021 by 15:50hrs responded to a call from a member of the public traveling along Ife – Ibadan Expressway, Egbeda LGA Ibadan that a trailer carrying Fulani Herdsmen was right in front of him along the expressway.
The Egbeda Amotekun Operative team led by the Coordinator Adefare Ayobami Sakin responded and stopped the trailer for verification.
During the interrogation, the Team found 11 Arrows; A Knife and Charms in the Fulani’s possession.
All the Fulani involved has been handed over to the Police Area Command in Testing Ground for further investigation.
