The police in Oyo State, on Wednesday, paraded 48 suspected kidnappers, armed robbers, arsonists among others.
While addressing the press at the state police headquarters, the state police commissioner, Ngozi Onadeko appreciated effort of the Oyo state government for the collaboration and support extended to the state police command which led to the success recorded.
Some of the criminals apprehended were the suspected killers of one Oluwole Agboola at Akinyele area of Ibadan, suspected kidnappers and killers of the owner of a Filling station in Igboora and the suspected kidnappers of Hon Adeleke Jacob Olayiwola, the Igangan LCDA chairman among others.
48 criminals were paraded for various offences ranging from kidnapping, robbery, murder, arson, defilement among others.
Exhibits recovered from the criminals are guns, live ammunitions, cash, handsets among other stolen items.
