The 2023 edition of a football tournament aimed at promoting talented footballers at the grassroot in Oyo and its environs is set to kick off after the draw Ceremony was held at the venue of the competition, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi Mini Stadium Ode Aremo Oyo.
