Oyo State Governor Engr. Seyi Makinde has sent names of Commolissioner-nominees to the State Assembly For Screening and Confirmation.
Names of person’s sent to the State house of Assembly is still been rumoured as of time of filling this report, Our source hint that only Seven names out of the supposed 17 names were sent to the State house for screening and confirmation.
This Newspaper learnt that the Governor is out of the country but would want to be back having at least few ministries to work with.
Efforts made by our correspondence to reach the Makinde’s Spokesman, Sulaimon Olanrewaju to further confirm prove abortive as his number was not reachable as at the time of filling this report.
Recall that the Oyo State House of Assembly Announced the names of principal officers yesterday at their plenary, while also constituting a Seven man committee to resume investigation on 3 local government Chairmanen over Alledge Misappropriation of public funds.
This Newspaper also learnt that the house will have two sittings schedule for Thursday this week and Tuesday next week before proceeding on Salah holiday.
