It has been reported that the business mogul, Rahmon Adedoyin, who is the alleged killer of Timothy Adegoke has renamed his hotel months after the controversial death of the Eruwa-born postgraduate student.

The Foundation for Investigative Journalism (FIJ) reported that months after Timothy Adegoke’s Death, the hotel he allegedly died gets renamed and reopened. As we recall that the name of the hotel where the Obafemi Awolowo University MBA student allegedly died was named “The Hilton Hotel & Resorts” but it has been renamed to “The Excellence Hall”.

According to the FIJ report, the renamed premises accommodated two structures which are majorly painted cream and brown.

The journalist noted that the security guard told him there are no rooms available for guests when he inquired.

In his words, “I instantly knew this was a lie but there was no way I could have insisted on spending a night at a hotel that was not willing to accommodate me. As soon as the guard broke the news to me, he walked towards the gate to return to his position. I feigned disappointment and followed him.

“The security guard recommended later that I should visit another hotel that was not too far from theirs. He said their hotel is always very busy“, he added.

Meanwhile, the owner of the hotel Timothy Adegoke allegedly died, Abdulrahman Adedoyin, is still in custody of law enforcement officers and appearing at the court consecutively until the case gets finalised.
