The Iseyin traditional council has been plunged into mourning following the dead High Chief Raheem Adelodun.
Adelodun, the Bashorun of Iseyinland, died on Wednesday, January 10.
DAILY INSIDER cannot verify what killed the chief but source who spoke to this publication said he was battling with unknown ailment.
Adelodun’s reign as the second-in-command spanned through four monarchs. Until his death, he was the arguably oldest Chief at the Aseyin council.
A powerful figure, his death came barely one month of the coronation of the new Aseyin of Iseyinland, Oba Sefiu Oyebola Adeyeri III.
